Meijer, Inc., a major corporate retailer based in Grand Rapids, MIchigan recently underook renovations on several of their gas station convenience stores in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. The Gosselin Group, Inc. teamed with True North Architecture (who perfomed building design and construction) and handled surveying and civil engineering services for the sites.
Kurt and Nancy Brandenburg are owners
of a stunning 160 acre tract of mostly wooded land in beautiful Cass County,
Michigan. Their dream is development of a "green community"
which will honor the land and provide a safe, healthy, and environmentally
and socially friendly atmosphere for the residents of the Medicine
Wheel project. The Gosselin Group, Inc. is serving as master planners
and engineers for this exciting project.
Family Dollar Stores became a Gosselin Group client in 2007 and surveying and engineering services were performed for new stores proposed or constructed in Howard City, Bellaire, and Capac, Michigan.
Stough Development of Cincinnati, Ohio retained the Gosselin Group to handle surveying and site design services for a new plasmapheresis (aka “blood donation center”) in Farmington Hills, MI. We will also be handling simialr services for a proposed new center in Dearborn Heights, MI.
